Send to Apple Books
Apple Books reads EPUB files as they are, on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
On iPhone or iPad
- Download the book. Safari saves it to the Files app, under Downloads.
- Open the Files app, go to Downloads and tap the EPUB file.
- If it doesn't open in Books straight away, tap the Share button and choose Books.
The book is added to your library in the Books app.
On a Mac
- Download the book and open the Books app.
- Drag the EPUB file into the Books window, or choose File, then Import, and pick the file.
On all your Apple devices
Turn on iCloud for Books on each of your devices, and a book you add on one shows up on the others. On iPhone and iPad, it's the iCloud Drive switch in the Books section of Settings. On a Mac, it's in the Books app's settings.
Reading somewhere else?
There are guides for Kindle and Kobo. Most other reading apps, like Google Play Books, open EPUB files too: open the file on your device and pick the app. Still stuck? Email info@yasminevanhove.com and I'll help.
